A right-arm medium pacer and a lower-order batter, Meghna Singh, who hails from Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh has represented India in all three formats of the game. Her impressive performances at the domestic level caught the attention of the national selectors and In August 2021, she earned her maiden call-up to the Indian women's cricket team for the series against Australia. This included being named in India's squad for the one-off women's Test match. It was on the same tour of Australia that she made her international debuts in ODIs as well as the Tests.
